How long it takes to get the software after purchasing TiSPY?

You will get the email containing your link to download the software and installation instructions right after your order gets confirmed and your payment processed.

How can I get a refund if I’m not happy with TiSPY?

You are entitled to a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with TiSPY software within the 1st 7-days of your purchase. However, refunds can be avoided if you request professional help from our Customer Support. How long does it take to install the software on target device?

Depending on the speed of your Internet, it takes almost 10-15 minutes to get the software up and running on the target mobile phone or tablet.

Will TiSPY show up on my credit card bill?

No, TiSPY name will not appear on your credit card bill. All and any TiSPY purchases will be charged as, “Vartit Technology” or “Techinnovative Systems”

As soon as the payment is confirmed, you need to check your inbox for the welcome email. Make sure you check both Inbox and Spam folders. The welcome email contains the login credentials and installation steps. Simply login to your Control Panel, where you will find an Installation Wizard. It will walk you through the installation process and help to sync up the new device.

You can renew the TISPY subscription even if you don’t hold a Paypal account. In that case, You should have an international credit card or debit card.

Definitely! If your kid’s phone is changed, stolen or broken, you can install the TiSPY application on the new phone using the same account and move your subscription to the new phone without paying any additional fee.
